Brasserie La Foline
The Folin Brewery opened in 2011 in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park Anost in the foothills of Mount Folin. Sephan Sygel who made the bet to create these beers using only raw materials from organic farming as the malts and hops and yeast non-GMO.
In the tradition of craft beers, the brewery's beers are not pasteurized Folin nor filtered and fermentation in the bottle so that their flavors are develloppent in the best conditions. These beers alcohol content to 6% alcohol.
